Real Estate Acquisitions Assistant

Your primary objective will be getting real estate deals under contract.

I am buying owner financed and subject-to properties. Leads will be provided, to which you will make initial contact with and send offers to.

You will be responsible for managing and nurturing these leads in Go High Level CRM.

Pay is $5/hour plus a $100 bonus for every property you bring under contract and an additional $400 when the contract closes.

This is a long term position that comes with hourly pay+ commission opportunities. Before I can consider you for this position I need to understand your level of technical proficiency and sales skills. I have a task that you’ll need to complete for me to see that.
