A Telesales Agent, also known as a Telemarketer or Tele-sales Representative, is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. Their primary objective is to reach out to potential or existing customers to persuade them to purchase products, sign up for services, or take advantage of special offers. Telesales Agents work in various industries, including retail, finance, insurance, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about products or services.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively sell to customers.
