• Contact food establishments to confirm orders for upcoming events.
• Send timely food drive reminders and instructions to our drivers.
• Schedule and send food reminders for upcoming food drives.
• Monitor the progress and performance of ongoing food drives.
• Plan and map delivery routes for drivers on a daily basis.
• Respond to client inquiries and messages on Slack.
• Manage Google Voice communications effectively.
• Upload vendor and client photos to our client database.
• Check drivers' GPS locations during their deliveries.
• Update directions for new vendors and clients as required.
• Maintain a daily presence on Instagram, engaging with our followers and responding to
comments.
• Create and post compelling content on Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Edit video reels as needed to enhance our social media presence.
• Read and prepare presentation scripts for online promotions.
• Share our content on various social media platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
