JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Page Monitoring Assistant to support our sales managers by overseeing operational activities. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor the productivity of our chat operators and ensure that all page activities are secure and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor chat operators' productivity to ensure efficient response times and quality customer interactions.
- Oversee page activities, ensuring all operations are secure and compliant with company policies.
- Verify that customer inquiries are promptly and accurately addressed by chat operators.
- Report any irregularities, security concerns, or productivity issues to the sales managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in a monitoring, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using monitoring tools and software.
• Familiarity with customer service protocols and best practices.
• Critical thinker and a problem-solver

Shift Schedule:
Rotating Schedules in 8 hour blocks, 6 day work week, changing rest days depending on business needs
