JOB OVERVIEW

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to compliance auditors
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize compliance documentation
Database Management: Manage compliance data ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities, findings, and follow-up actions
Communication: Serve as a point of contact regarding compliance audit inquiries, requests, and updates
Report Generation: Assist in the generation and distribution of compliance audit reports, summaries, as needed
Coordination: Coordinate to gather necessary information or documentation for compliance audits
Training Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions or workshops for compliance auditors on audit procedures, tools, and best practices
Compliance Monitoring: Support compliance monitoring activities, such as monitoring audit deadlines, scheduling activities and ensuring timely completion of follow-up actions


We are seeking an individual who possesses the following essential qualifications:

1. Industry knowledge – familiarity with relevant real estate compliance requirements and industry standards that apply to the organization’s operations
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – able to assess complex data, identify patterns and detect potential compliance issues
3. Keen attention for detail – able to review documents, records, and financial transactions accurately and thoroughly
4. Communication skills – effective verbal and written communication to convey findings, recommendations and following up documents
5. Ethical judgement – must have a strong ethical compass and the ability to make decisions that align with company standards
6. Problem Solving – ability to find practical solutions to compliance challenges
7. Technology proficiency – familiarity with software, tools, and technology that are commonly used example Excel, Outlook and Asana
8. Organizational Skills – effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage documentation
9. Interpersonal Skills – collaborative skills within the team and various departments, communicate findings and other compliance matter concerns
10. Regulatory Updates - commitment to staying up-to-date with changes
