We are Clean Pro, a US-based national home service provider specializing in professional gutter cleaning services. We are rapidly expanding and in need of talented individuals with a growth and entrepreneurial mindset.

We are searching for a proactive Recruiter who can bring energy and creativity to our team. If you enjoy sourcing and recruiting top talent, we have a unique opportunity for you! As a Recruiter for Gutter Cleaners, it is your job to attract and hire skilled contractors who will provide exceptional service to our customers across the United States.

Qualifications:
-Exceptional English skills (both verbal and written)
-Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
-Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Familiarity with Craigslist and other job posting platforms
-Ability to identify and anticipate staffing needs
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Responsibilities:
-Post Ads on Craigslist: Create and manage job postings to attract potential gutter cleaners.
-Recruit Contractors: Identify, contact, and recruit skilled gutter cleaners across the US.
-Source Candidates: Utilize various methods to find qualified candidates, including online job boards and social media.
-Post Ads: Regularly update and manage job advertisements for maximum visibility.
-Demonstrate Initiative: Proactively identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet them.
-Identify and Handle Forecasting Needs: Analyze staffing needs to stay ahead of demand.
-Follow Up on Contracts: Maintain communication with applicants and contractors to ensure timely submission of requirements.
-Manage Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of requirements.
