Telemarketer

Insurance agency is seeking someone with a social, enthusiastic personality to make 15-18 cold calls per hour to set appointments for a business insurance review.
The telemarketing associate will call, email, and manage a lead Database. They will gather information for prospects, send marketing information requested, and follow up. The end goal is to have an appointment set with the agency producer. Training is paid for and completed within work hours.

Required Qualifications:
• Persuasive.
• Social.
• Ability to make calls continuously/repetitively throughout shift.
• Positive/high energy.
• Reliable.
• Independent worker – able to follow given training and directions on own.
• Strong call experience.
• Good communicator, confident phone presence.
• Able to handle 90% rejection rates, stay positive and motivated on the phone.
• Prior outbound/cold call experience or sales experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Outlook - Email/Calendar.
• Capable of learning new software quickly.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week BETWEEN 8:00am EST – 8:00pm EST
Candidates must not have any alternative employment, as the position will be full-time.

Pay:
Hourly - $5 per hour with appointment incentive bonuses of $10 per confirmed appointment. Confirmed appointments are for set and attended appointments.
*After 90 days of reliable employment, will offer 10 paid time off (PTO) days per year.
