IMMEDIATE HIRE! Real Estate Marketing Director

We are looking for a creative and experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and streamline our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Create marketing campaign funnels through various channels including print marketing, digital marketing, etc
- Creating engaging blog posts, Facebook ads, monitoring performance, and managing retargeting campaigns.
- Creating engaging newsletters.
- Managing Google My Business including Local SEO
- Editing and uploading for YouTube and Instagram Reels

- Designing print marketing materials in canva, including Just Listed/Just Sold mailers, farming letters branding, company branding, etc.
- Crafting new and innovative marketing campaigns to drive more business and brand awareness

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate marketing
- Proven experience in marketing funnel creation
- Proficiency in AI tools, video editing, Facebook ads, Canva, and email marketing.
- Bonus if have used Go High Level previously
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills to better their growth to excel and being promoted
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
