Full Stack Developer - AI Engineer Focus

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Junior/Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and optimizing AI agents and their infrastructure, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will work closely with a small, dynamic team, including direct collaborations with the CEO, to push the boundaries of what our AI agents can achieve, making Tolstoy fully automated and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable features for our agent infrastructure across the full stack.
Review and optimize existing agent systems to enhance functionality and user interaction.
Collaborate with the team to ideate and execute innovative solutions for automating processes.
Participate in daily operational tasks of coding, debugging, and deploying applications in various environments.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proficient in React.js, Node.js and Python
Understanding of database management and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team
Experience with building and optimizing AI-driven applications is a major plus!
