Marketplace Listings Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Marketplace Listings Data Entry Specialist to support our online sales efforts by accurately inputting and updating product information across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Enter and update product information, including titles, descriptions, prices, and images, on various online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy.
-Ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings across all platforms.
-Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly to reflect stock availability.
-Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales conversion.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product listings.
-Stay informed about marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of listings.
-Generate reports and analyze data to track listing performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
-Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy is a plus.
