JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source potential leads on Instagram, initiate contact through direct messages, and manage the lead interaction process. This includes organizing leads in our CRM and ensuring smooth communication with our team on Slack.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Sourcing: Identify and source potential leads on Instagram using specified criteria.
- Direct Messaging: Send personalized and engaging direct messages to cold prospects on Instagram to initiate conversations and set appointments.
- CRM Management: Accurately input and organize lead information in our CRM system, ensuring all details are up-to-date and correctly categorized.
- Communication: Monitor and respond promptly to replies from leads, coordinate with the team on Slack to update the status, and follow up on the next steps.
- Reporting: Regularly update the team on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Experience with Instagram: Familiarity with Instagram and its direct messaging features.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage and categorize leads effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and communication tools like Slack.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in outbound sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
