Real estate Lead Manager

Looking for a Rockstar real estate Lead Manager - please ONLY APPLY IF you have all the requirements below.

Requirements:
- at least 2 years in real estate outbound cold-calling and texting
- at least 1 year of Lead Manager or Acquisition Manager experience
- experience in setting up and monitoring Calltools is a plus
- very important... result-driven and have can-do attitude
- fluent in English, hard working and honest

Rate/schedule:
- schedule is 10am-6pm EST (Tue-Sat)
- $6 per hour... plus $100-$300 bonus per closed deal
