We are currently seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper with extensive expertise in QuickBooks to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial records with precision and efficiency.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Bookkeeper who has a high level of proficiency with QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and submit payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline and improve financial processes.
- Provide support during audits and tax preparations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- High degree of proficiency in QuickBooks; QuickBooks certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
