Operations Coordinator for Online Coaching Community

Purpose Waze is a community of individuals obsessed with discovering their purpose and transformation but may not know how to get to their destination on their own. They help their clients in four main areas of their lives. Spiritual/Mindset, Relationships, Health/Fitness and ,Financial. Living intentionally and successfully in these four areas gives our clients the freedom to live their purpose and do the things they’ve always wanted to do instead of being forced to do it.

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our services and enhancing our mission to empower corporate employees in their transition to real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Management: Oversee the creation of member newsletters, handle membership cancellations, and update membership databases. Ensure all client accounts are current or properly canceled.

Communication Coordination: Manage text schedules, and coordinate guest scheduling for various programs.

Event and Workshop Organization: Create Zoom links for events, add events to our community calendar, and create necessary graphics for marketing and event promotion.

Subscription Management: Oversee and update subscriptions and membership spreadsheets monthly.

Team Coordination: Run weekly operations teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and strategy sessions, take notes during team lead and monthly CSUpgrade to see actual infoetings, and ensure all action items are tracked via Asana.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to set up and adjust Go High Level CRM and marketing funnels.

Onboarding and Team Relations: Manage the onboarding process for new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, celebrate team milestones, coordinate gift-giving, and maintain affiliate tracking.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a coaching or educational environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Asana, Zoom, and other office management tools.
* Creative skills in graphic design are a plus.
* Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and empowerment.
