Business Analyst (On-Site Cebu Business Park)

Rate: $6-$7/hr, and earn up to 70,000 PHP +/month


Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST with 30-minute unpaid lunch, and two 15-minute breaks


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role, with exposure to both operations and sales functions.
- Worked for a SaaS/Tech company in the past is a major PLUS.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, Charting, statistical modeling, visualization tools).
- Familiar with CRM and Sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar).


Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary liaison between Finance and Sales for deal audit and support; auditing bookings, renewals and entitlements
- Provisioning/deprovisioning customer accounts and processing cancellations
- Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from sales tools either in Google Sheets or Slides form
- Handling day to day audit/support requests from the sales and sales operations team through Slack and email
