We are seeking a detail oriented and a problem solving Executive Assistant to support one of our CEO client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 yr experience Executive Assistant experience handling US client
- Adept in Microsoft tools
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
Time Management:
-Aid in meeting deadlines.
-Ensure tasks are not missed.
-Organize tasks based on judgment.
-Communication Management:
-Communicate via phone or
-Open and follow up on service tickets for maintenance issues.
-Available to read
Document Preparation:
-Use DocuSign for executive signatures.
-Identify documents needing executive review and follow up until reviewed.
Project Management:
-Track deadlines and projects using Asana.
Remind executive and responsible individuals or teams about task updates.
