Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Project/Product Manager who is passionate about developing innovative digital solutions, products, and services showing proficiency in overseeing projects from conception to completion. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of project management, a skilled communicator able to navigate complex environments, and a visionary capable of driving projects that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate closely with product owners to gather and synthesize requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and expectations.
Facilitate workshops or meetings to clarify and refine project objectives, deliverables, and scope based on stakeholder input.

Project Sizing and Estimation:
Analyze project requirements to estimate size, scope, and complexity, utilizing tools and methodologies like story points, function points, or expert judgment.
Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resources required, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Team Assembly and Leadership:
Identify and assemble project teams based on project requirements and individual expertise.
Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging communication and teamwork to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Understanding Marketing and Project Costing:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand and integrate marketing strategies with product development efforts.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with project forecasts and adjustments are made as necessary to respond to project dynamics.
Analyze and report on the financial performance of projects, providing insight into cost efficiencies and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in project or product management, preferably within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with senior management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project resources effectively.
