What We’re Looking For:

We need an experienced full-time WordPress Developer that has a strong focus with Elementor and popular page builders! This is a remote (work-from-home) position. We seek a proactive, meticulous, trustworthy, and excellent problem-solving individual to join our talented team and elevate our company to the next level.

This is not an entry-level assistant position but a junior to mid level role. You MUST have at least 2 years of experience working as a WordPress Developer. If you're looking for a slower role, this is NOT the role for you.

We are seeking a WordPress Developer that specialises in Elementor/Pro, WooCommerce, alongside other essential development knowledge working with our designers, developers and SEO specialists. The successful candidate must have a fundamental understanding of SEO and experience with implementing SEO items. We focus strongly on modern responsive designed websites that is highly brand aligned so attention to detail is key.

You will be expected to develop websites based on our web designers development files, website management items and suggest and implement development processes that would assist workflow as we do plan to scale. So you will need extreme attention to detail and be someone who enjoys developing, problem-solving, project coordination, and is fun to work with. The role will essentially look like: 60-70%: Developing New Websites, 20-30%, Web Management, 10% R&D/Project Management

Some tasks that are required:

- Understanding of Sitemaps, Wireframes, Development files
- New website builds & migrations
- Developing creative design style website - our designers curate awesome designs!
- Figma to WordPress - Mostly on Elementor/Pro
- Develop a Website with theme files.
- Experience With Custom WordPress Development through HTML / CSS / PHP / JS
- Website Maintenance - Add/Edit content
- Proofreading and Quality Assurance checking
- Intermediate Troubleshoot/Diagnose security, bugs & fixes
- Implement On-Page SEO with guidance
- Improve page load speed with guidance
- R&D / researching development related topics & shortlisting.
- Assisting with project management/coordination.
- Coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers or third-party vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
- You’ll work alongside a couple of our project managers to start.

You need to ensure accuracy in tasks such as coding, email correspondence, and facilitating to maintain professionalism and avoid errors that could impact the quality of work or client satisfaction.

What You Should Have:

- At least 2 years of full-time, hands-on experience as a WordPress Developer
- Sense of humour.
- Top-notch communication via email and phone, external and internal
- Tech savvy & ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Killer ability to multi-task and handle rapid tasks and long-term projects
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks
- Must be organised and efficient

- Keen sense of problem solving
- Basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Understanding - follows Google Best Practice
- Experienced with Elementor & Elementor Pro & ACF
- Experienced with & understanding of best practice HTML & CSS
- Experience with AI & Automation.
- Experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English proficiency: Verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
- Day Shift: Willing to work an AU time zone: Mon - Fri AEST Time (8 Hours + 1 Hour Break / Day) - 40 Hours a Week - Flexible Start / End Time
- Remote working. This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Attitude to self develop & stay up to date with development trends
- Must be comfortable developing, working in a virtual relationship, and having limited face-to-face time.
- Must be able to do Video Chats: Access to a desktop/laptop, webcam, etc.
- Internet reliable connection: Minimum of 30 Mbps DL / 5mbps UL
- All job offers start with a 90-day probation trial to ensure we’re the right fit for each other.
