Training Content Specialist (Trainual Experience Preferred)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Training Content Specialist to enhance our employee training programs using the Trainual platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Trainual and a strong background in instructional design and content development.

Responsibilities:

Update and standardize existing training modules to ensure consistency and formality across all content.
Enhance the effectiveness of training modules by incorporating engaging and interactive elements.
Add new content into Trainual as provided, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall training objectives.
Collaborate with department heads and training coordinators to identify training needs and develop new content to address these areas.
Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of training modules, making adjustments as necessary to improve learning outcomes.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with Trainual or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong skills in instructional design and content creation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality training.
