Summary Description:
We are looking for an exceptionally experienced and skilled individual to join our e-commerce team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in managing and expanding Shopify product catalogs. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in Shopify platform management, with a strong emphasis on product listing, data coordination, and optimization of online catalogs.

Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Product Management:
Expertly add, update, and manage product listings on Shopify via both admin interface and CSV imports.
Ensure all product listings are optimized with accurate metadata, SEO-friendly descriptions, and correct categorization.
Manage product variations and complex setups with multiple variants and options.

Data Coordination and Analysis:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze product data effectively, including expert proficiency in VLOOKUP.
Conduct regular audits of the Shopify site to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all listings.
Coordinate data updates through systematic exports/imports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with inventory management systems.

Image Editing and Digital Asset Management:
Perform high-quality image editing, including background removal, cropping, and formatting to meet the site's visual standards.
Manage digital assets using AI tools like Canva for efficient batch processing and updates.

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout of new products and promotional campaigns.
Train junior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on Shopify product listing best practices and data management procedures.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency in catalog management.


Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing large and complex Shopify stores with extensive product catalogs.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and CSV manipulation, with strong analytical skills to handle large datasets.
Experience with HTML markup and text formatting for web-based product descriptions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred familiarity with Trello for task management and coordination.
Demonstrable ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions rapidly.
