Bookkeeper

We’re looking to add a Senior Bookkeeper to our team. Ideally you have worked for another Canadian bookkeeping company and are familiar with our sales tax, juggling clients and the challenges that working on multiple clients per day presents. You have experience performing full cycle bookkeeping and payroll.

You must be QBO certified and able to demonstrate how and when to use Invoicing, Sales Receipts, Expenses, Bills, Credit Card Credits, and more, and why they are important to the Sales Tax module in QBO. If this is you, you most likely dream about reconciliations and have nightmares about uncleared transactions.

Communication is key and a mastery of the English language is required. We use a practice management software called Financial Cents and require daily progress updates within the software, as well as a weekly handover meeting to be conducted using Google Meet. Must be familiar with the Google suite of products.
