Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role demands a highly communicative and proactive individual to manage client relationships, oversee project workflows, and handle social media management. The ideal candidate will also assist with graphic design tasks, contributing to the creative process.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize client communications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Coordinate project workflows, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs.
Oversee the agency's social media accounts, developing strategies to enhance engagement and brand presence.
Assist in graphic design tasks, providing creative input and support to the design team.
Maintain excellent internal communication to facilitate efficient project progress and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency setting.
Strong capability in handling social media platforms and strategies.
Basic proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail is very important to us.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
