JOB OVERVIEW

Mission Disposal Inc. specializes in supplying and managing the day-to-day construction waste and sanitation needs on major commercial construction projects throughout the United States. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who can help identify and win new business. Please submit a current CV with your application response.

The Inside Sales Representative will be required to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone. Job duties include:

• Access our ConstructionConnect account as well as VA State and US Federal Government sites to search for new business opportunities daily
• Communicate with prospects to obtain information in support of bidding new business opportunities via phone calls and emails
• Provide daily status reports to the CEO summarizing status of daily activity and opportunities identified
• Assist in the preparation of new business proposals. Track outstanding proposals
• Enter customer and prospect information into our CRM tool and keep CEO apprised of follow-up actions required

Skills needed:
• Bachelors degree in business or related field
• Excellent English reading, writing and verbal skills.
• Provide own computer and reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work with multiple clients and recognize them as unique.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite
• Be a critical thinker and problem solver

Experience Needed
• 3+ years’ experience in inside sales, including speaking with prospects by phone
• Experience working with a US, European, or Australian company is highly desirable
• Experience in the construction or trucking industry is highly desirable.
