We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Content Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and executing a strategic social media content calendar across multiple platforms. Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless delivery of timely, relevant, and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Content Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that ensures a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform's audience.
(2) Content Creation Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to curate, design, or repurpose content that resonates with our audience.
(3) Scheduling and Publishing: Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content on time across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
(4) Engagement Monitoring: Track and analyze audience engagement to adjust future content strategies and optimize for the best results.
(5) Performance Analysis: Regularly report on content performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to refine future scheduling strategies.
(6) Campaign Support: Coordinate the content calendar with ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure consistency in messaging.
(7) Community Management: Assist with moderating and responding to audience comments and inquiries to foster engagement and build brand loyalty.
