Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, and fitment questions
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
