JOB OVERVIEW

Almost Illegal Ads (AIA) is a full-service search engine marketing agency specializing in PPC, LSA, and SEO campaigns exclusively for law firms in the United States. We seek a FULL-TIME Content Writer with excellent proofreading and editing skills to produce high-quality legal articles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Write short and long-form legal articles/blogs.
2. Proof and review output.
3. Ensure all submitted content complies with AIA's content guidelines.
4. Ensure to meet deadlines.
5. Undergo required training courses and sessions. (Paid)
6. Report to the Content Supervisor on the status of tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent communication skills in American English, particularly in writing.
2. Experience or knowledge in SEO content best practices preferred but optional.
3. Willingness to learn new things and accept constructive feedback.
4. At least one year of experience in content writing.
5. Driven, responsible, and HONEST. Take the job seriously and be passionate about producing high-quality content.

Our hiring process involves an initial assessment and a three-to-five-day writing trial. Next would be the panel interview, and if you pass, you’ll receive a job offer. The practical training that follows will be for ten days, with pay, during which you will write high-quality content conforming to AIA's content guidelines.

SALARY: $4.20/hour, with adjustment after the 90-day probation period.
