Job Title: Admin VA
Work hours: Part-time 10 hours/week
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Initial work schedule: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm PST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $5-6 per hour DOE

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Admin VA to support our network's operations and assist in various technical tasks. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in a range of platforms including Streamyard, Zoom, Facebook Groups, Canva, Google Suite, social media platforms, and more. This position requires strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A spiritual and heart-centered approach is highly preferred to align with the values and mission of our network.

Responsibilities:
1. Event Management:
- Coordinate and promote online events, including creating forms, transferring data to Google Sheets, designing event graphics, adding events to calendars, and creating Facebook invites.
- Develop landing pages on Kajabi for each event and update them as necessary.
- Prepare weekly email newsletters on Kajabi highlighting upcoming events.
- Post event replays in the membership area on Kajabi after events conclude.
2. Onboarding and Communication Processes:
- Assist in creating communication and onboarding processes for new network members, including creating graphics for instructional videos and written instructions.
- Set up FAQ landing pages on Kajabi and update sales pages as needed.
3. Membership Management:
- Set up and maintain member profiles, event landing pages, and offers on Kajabi.
- Help organize and optimize the backend of the membership platform for ease of navigation.
- Document systems and processes to create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Marketing and Promotions:
- Create promotional materials, graphics, and videos for marketing and attracting new members.
- Produce reels and stories for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram using existing video content.
5. Project Management and CRM:
- Research and recommend a suitable project management and communication tool.
- Assist in building out a CRM system to manage member interactions and communications.
6. Content Management:
- Schedule and post interviews and shows using Streamyard.
Transcribe interviews and summarize key points.
- Create smaller promotional clips from interview recordings for marketing purposes.
7. Back Work and Organization:
- Enhance existing content on YouTube by adding cards, updating banners, and cataloging videos.
- Gather and edit testimonials from various sources for website and social media posting.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Streamyard, Zoom, Facebook Groups, Canva, and the Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Kajabi is a plus
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages, offers, and email sequences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools (Notion experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Spiritual and heart-centered approach with a belief in intuition, connectedness, and personal growth.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems.
