Sales Associate – START ASAP

As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships. You will represent Sea Guardian's suite of maritime security solutions, promoting our products and services to potential clients in the maritime industry. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the maritime security landscape.

Scope of Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify market trends, and optimize sales processes.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to effectively position Sea Guardian's products and services.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Confidence in both opening and closing sales prospects and pipelines

- Have knowledge about ESG compliance and understanding of initiatives pertaining to Ocean and Water
Conservation/Preservation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Flexible with time

- Have overseas sales and marketing calls experience for at least 2 years.
