JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are a US-based house cleaning company looking for a Part Time, home-based Lead Generation Specialist to work with our marketing and sales department to attract Airbnb clients and Property Manager Clients to our business.
As a lead generation specialist for our Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning company, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on researching and contacting property managers, vacation rental owners, and Airbnb hosts to generate interest in our cleaning services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue opportunities..
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification:
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, directories, and industry-specific resources.
Utilize social media, professional networks, and other channels to discover new prospects.
Lead Qualification:
Conduct thorough research on leads to understand their property management needs and cleaning requirements.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as property size, location, frequency of rental turnover, and budget.
Outreach and Communication:
Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our cleaning services and initiate conversations.
Craft personalized messages and pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each lead.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified leads for our sales team to further discuss their cleaning needs and provide customized solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and information.


Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market insights.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and sales interactions.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced performance.

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English Skills
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.


$4.50/hr. to start, with raises every 6 months and performance bonuses every three months
