Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will play a key role in educating potential clients about the benefits of solar energy, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their energy goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution and make a positive impact on the environment.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs and assess the feasibility of solar solutions for their properties.
Develop and present customized solar proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements and outlining the benefits of solar energy.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build rapport with customers.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
Experienced cold calling and closing.
