JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with excellent time management skills, exceptional communication abilities to interact with vendors over the phone, strong research capabilities, and proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in current technologies and online tools, experienced in Upgrade to see actual info website and other federal government vendor websites, and have a track record in government contracting. The role requires expertise in writing winning bids for government contracts, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and paying close attention to details.

Responsibilities:

-Researching with 15 daily reported results across all states
-Providing 15 bid writing per week
-Scheduling pre-bid meetings and staying on top of all deadlines
-Adhering to government guidelines, especially when writing bids, and emphasizing attention to detail

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
-Familiarity with current technologies and online tools
-Experienced in Upgrade to see actual info website and other federal government vendor websites
-Proven work experience in government contracting
-Excellent in writing winning bids for government contracts
-Excellent at researching government contracts in industries such as janitorial, IT, and Transportation
-Excellent communication skills in talking to vendors over the phone
-Excellent time management skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-Keen attention to details such as attachments
-Portfolio of previous writing contracts is a plus
