JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Virtual Assistant with exceptional English communication skills to assist with outbound calls and data entry.

As a Virtual Assistant, your main responsibility will be to inputting data to our CRM, make calls to vendors and/or customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and assisting with any queries or concerns they may have and/or making confirmation about the data required to input to our CRM.

The ideal candidate must have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also crucial for this role. Willing to work full time without any other client or job and to work on graveyard shift.
