JOB OVERVIEW

Our online store is a fast-growing e-commerce business specializing in Beauty. Our customer service goal is to answer customers fast. and make them feel cared for. As we continue to expand our operations, we are in search of a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and support via email in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer support tickets using Gorgias.
- Work closely with our team to effectively resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Become familiar with our Shopify store to assist customers with order-related inquiries
- Continually improve and optimize our customer support processes
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as order processing, inventory management, and system building.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience using Gorgias for customer support ticket management
- Familiarity with Shopify and its order management system
- Experience using project management apps like Upgrade to see actual info
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
