[Job Overview]:
ReGrow Hair Restoration is seeking a knowledgeable and professional Hair Restoration Sales Consultant to manage client consultations and accurately assess client needs regarding hair restoration options. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide accurate graft estimations and procedural advice through virtual consultations.

[Key Responsibilities]:
• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients using Google Meet to assess their hair restoration needs.
• Accurately predict the number of grafts needed and determine the appropriate hair restoration method (transplant, stem cells, or both).
• Provide detailed quotes and explain the benefits and processes of our services.
• Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow up as necessary to guide clients through the booking process.

[Required Skills]:
• In-depth knowledge of hair restoration techniques and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a professional appearance for video consultations.
• Experience in medical or cosmetic fields is preferred, with an understanding of client care and consultation procedures.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools; experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a significant plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to manage uninterrupted video consultations.

[Work Hours]:
• Flexible, but typically requires availability for consultations during business hours according to client scheduling.
• Expected to manage a minimum of 6-8 hours of consultation and follow-up per day, Monday through Friday.
