URGENT OPPORTUNITY: HR RECRUITER

Upgrade Profits is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for available positions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the interview process, including providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects, as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of six months of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


**Probationary Period:**

The selected candidate will begin employment on a part-time basis for a probationary period of two months. During this time, they will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and abilities. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, there is a chance to transition to full-time employment with a raise and benefits package.

The first 2 months $5 per hour + Half time
After 2 months $6+ + Full time + Benefits
