JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer service professional to be the point of contact for all of our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy creating a positive environment for clients and coworkers. We are seeking someone who is not afraid to jump right in, be actively involved with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and assist in solving problems. One Stop Insurance specializes in personal and commercial insurance. We insure all lines of business including, auto, home, health, life, and commercial.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer service calls.
Resolve customer service issues.
Process paperwork and make necessary corrections to company databases.
Set up appointments with customer service managers and agents
Take accurate messages from customers and relay them to the appropriate people.
Answer phone calls.
Outbound calls to current clientele
Data Entry

Key qualifications:
Must Have: Customer Service, Phone etiquette, Data Entry, English speaking and written skills

Experience Level:
Must have at least 2 yrs of prior auto and home insurance background (Do not contact me without prior experience)
Nice to have: experience with Ezlynx, Outlook, P&C insurance carrier websites
