Social Media Content Creator

OVERVIEW:

Our firm is seeking a Social Media Content Creator (12 hours per week) with 1+ years of previous social media experience to create and schedule engaging video reels and image content for numerous clients.

We are looking for a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who can self-manage and hit deadlines while creating interesting and engaging content that mirrors and magnifies our clients’ unique voices.



Tasks:
Creating a high volume of graphics and image content using Canva
Creating short video reels from longform interviews and content using online platform Opus
Scheduling content in advance using SocialPilot
Creating engaging and relevant captions for clients’ scheduled posts
Simple video editing (single cuts, etc) using Premiere or similar
Updating and tracking ongoing content using Monday

Requirements and Preferences:

Ability to speak & write in fluent English
Experience using Socialpilot or similar social media scheduling tool (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc)
Good understanding of and familiarity with social media platforms (Primarily Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
Familiarity using Slack for communication
Design experience and an eye for visuals - though Canva templates can/will be used, applicant must have strong sense for branding and aesthetics (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
At least 1 year experience in a creative or administrative social media role
Ability to self-manage and hit deadlines
Availability for 12 hours per week

Other details:

Full video and/or live training will be provided for each task and as needed
Additionally, you will be given access to all relevant online
Work hours are versatile, and for the most part we can work within your schedule
We are looking to develop a long-term relationship with an ideal candidate, and this is a role that can grow and expand if the person is a right fit.

HOURS: 12 hours/week

RATE: Starting at $8/ hour
