As a specialist in Klaviyo, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement advanced email marketing strategies using Klaviyo, tailored to our specific business needs and audience segments.
- Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, list management, automation workflows, and A/B testing.
- Design and implement personalized and dynamic email content to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to continually refine and improve email marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate email strategies with other digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Klaviyo features and email marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Provide technical support and guidance on Klaviyo-related issues, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and tools.
- Conduct training sessions for our team, as needed, to enhance their understanding and efficient use of Klaviyo.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Klaviyo expert, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of email marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex automation workflows in Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on email campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
