About Us:
We are a dynamic real estate team based in Atlanta, GA, dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We're currently seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our lead management processes using the Lofty CRM system.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Efficiently make both warm and cold calls to potential clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and service.

Data Entry and Management: Take detailed notes during calls and update CRM statuses to effectively push leads through the sales funnel.

Campaign Management: Set up leads on smart campaigns, and design and build these campaigns within the Lofty system to maximize lead conversion.

Alerts and Reports: Create property alerts for clients based on their preferences and generate detailed market reports to aid decision-making.

Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, specifically in the real estate sector.

Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Lofty, is a MUST.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in data management.

Must work well in a team environment, demonstrating both collaboration and flexibility.
