Sales Development Representative

The objective of this role is to support our pipeline generation by performing cold calls and booking demos. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting cold calls
- Maintaining call list to reflect latest feedback and capture relevant information (contact info, leads)
- Adjust script / pitch as needed to improve call to demo performance
- Providing feedback from cold calls to CEO to inform product decisions

Performance would be measured through a combination of input metrics - # of calls, calls / hour - and outcome metrics - # of demos booked, booking rate. Plan is to start with 20hs / week, with the opportunity to ramp up to 40hs / week if metrics are strong.
