Key Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor high-performing ad campaigns across Google Performance Max, Meta, and Amazon Advertising platforms.

Funnel Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies for top, middle, and bottom funnel ads to effectively guide potential customers through the buying process on all platforms.

Copywriting and Design: Craft compelling ad copy and assist in the design process to ensure visual and textual alignment with our brand's voice and objectives across all ad platforms.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics and Amazon Advertising analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate detailed reports to inform adjustments and improvements.

Continuous Optimization: Continuously test different aspects of campaigns, including audiences, ad placements, creatives, and messaging to maximize ROI and conversion rates across all platforms.

Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure a cohesive advertising strategy that integrates Google Performance Max, Meta, and Amazon Advertising platforms effectively, adapting strategies to each for optimal results.

Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies and goals.

Budget Management: Manage budgets efficiently across all campaigns to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Required Qualifications:

Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with specific expertise in Google Performance Max, Meta, and Amazon Advertising platforms.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Amazon Advertising analytics, including setting up tracking, monitoring key metrics, and interpreting data to drive campaign success.

Copywriting Skills: Ability to write clear, persuasive, and original copy. Experience in A/B testing of ad copy is preferred.

Design Skills: General experience in design and an understanding of how visual elements contribute to successful advertising.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Desired Skills:

Certifications: Google Ads certification; Facebook Blueprint certification and Amazon Advertising certification is a plus.

Team Spirit: Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and present insights and strategies.
