The Role
Monitor & update weekly analytics
Create and update weekly presentations using existing templates
Collect and report sales accountability and provide accurate and concise reporting
Monitor certain aspects of the sales pipeline & surface it to relevant tea
Update Notion pages
Ad-Hoc Project Work
Build prospecting lists for sales & marketing teams
Create and update
Create Hubspot workflows for
Create & update marketing collateral using existing templates & provide copy.
Build basic salesforce / Hubspot reports & spreadsheets based on the provided context
Update gravity forms & type forms as needed with the required routing logic
Conduct website scrapes to gather relevant data points (cataloging specific articles on the website; finding contacts from customer websites)
The Requirements
MUST-HAVE:
3+ years experience in Hubspot marketing
2+ years experience in Salesforce (majority of workload)
Experience with a PM tool Notion or similar
Great communication skills
Familiarity with Slack, and Google Suite, and Google Sheets
Basic Excel/Sheets experience
Ability to work EST
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with Notion, Gravity Forms, Typeform, Appcues
WordPress experience

Create & update WordPress & HubSpot landing pages based on provided templates & copy
