Seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist

We are on the hunt for an experienced Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in managing customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience. You'll be interacting with customers through various channels including Shopify, GORGIAS, social media, and more.

We expect you to be fluent in handling our tech stack, which includes Shopify, GORGIAS for customer service management, Slack for team communication, Gmail/Google Sheets for data handling, and MONDAY for task management.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, be fluent in English, and have a solid background in using relevant software tools. Efficiency, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility are key to this role. We value long-term commitment and are proud to have teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who have been with us for over 4 years in a remote setting.
