Company Overview: Our Client is a leading marketing agency specializing in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency solutions. Based in US, Dubai and PH, they provides innovative marketing strategies and services to clients worldwide, helping them navigate the complex landscape of digital currencies and blockchain technology. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our client's team and drive their agency's growth and success in the global Bitcoin market.

Position Overview: The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the cryptocurrency products and services. With excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, and experience in marketing, the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can effectively communicate with clients, provide product knowledge, and drive engagement and adoption. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success in the cryptocurrency space.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, establishing and maintaining strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the company.
-Provide product knowledge and support to clients, helping them navigate our cryptocurrency products and services and achieve their business objectives.
-Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and provide personalized guidance, recommendations, and solutions.
-Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and other channels to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely resolution of client issues and alignment with client needs and expectations.
-Leverage marketing experience and cryptocurrency expertise to drive client engagement and adoption, including organizing webinars, workshops, and other educational events.
-Stay abreast of cryptocurrency markets, trends, and developments, and share insights and recommendations with clients to inform their strategies and decisions.


Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; additional certifications or training in cryptocurrency is a plus.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success management or account management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
-Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and services, including web-free cryptocurrencies and Upgrade to see actual info coins.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
-Experience in marketing, including organizing events, webinars, and educational content, is preferred but not required.
