Marketing VA (website and design support) - Full Time & Long Term - Luxury Jewelry Brand

We are a luxury e-commerce brand selling fine jewelry. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Marketing VA to join our team.

Mission: support the design and marketing team in making beautiful products, creating aspirational assets and maintaining an optimized website

Tasks include:
- Build product pages for Shopify and ensure all information is accurate
- Use ChatGPT and similar tools to check grammar
- Organize and rename files from photographers
- General collection page maintenance/updates
- Support in doing checks for accuracy in our email and text campaigns, website and pop-ups
- Supporting in building and organizing slides for photo briefs
- Supporting in building and organizing info for jewelry samples feedback to factories
- Regular site maintenance tasks

- Our team is based in Hong Kong; the same time zone as the Philippines so you can work ‘normal’ working hours. (If you prefer to work nights/weekends, that’s also OK for us)

This role would start as a part-time role (3-4 hours a day) with a goal to ramp up to full-time (40 hours/week) within a few weeks once we are all confident in the onboarding.

Full-time rate starts at 600 USD /month (40 hours/week)
There is an opportunity for pay increases as candidates take on greater responsibility and perform well.
