JOB OVERVIEW

Moura Accounting is an accounting firm based in Miami looking for talented and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers by efficiently managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Assist in prioritizing and coordinating tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Follow up on pending items, ensuring timely completion and communication.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, preparing documents, and conducting research.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
