Job Description:

We are seeking a Zapier Automation Specialist who is passionate about process improvement and has a knack for creating efficient workflows. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain complex automation solutions using Zapier and other integration tools. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and create tailored solutions that enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows using Zapier.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand and map business processes.
Integrate various SaaS applications via Zapier to streamline data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing automation processes.
Test and monitor automated workflows to ensure optimal performance.
Document solutions, workflows, and provide training to end-users as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest automation trends and best practices.
Qualifications:

Proven experience designing and implementing Zapier automations.
Strong understanding of Zapier integrations, webhooks, and APIs.
Experience working with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and more.
Familiarity with other automation tools (e.g., Integromat, Workato) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of coding languages like JavaScript or Python is an advantage.
