We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Call Tracking Specialist to assist us in managing the accounting and call tracking aspects of our digital traction client projects. In this role, you will be responsible for listening to calls, analyzing lead quality, tracking call volume, and maintaining essential metrics to ensure the success of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Listen to client calls and assess lead quality
Track call volume and analyze metrics including calls received, leads generated, and bookings made
Calculate closing rates by technicians/salespeople
Monitor average ticket values and total revenue generated
Attribute customer job values to booked jobs accurately
Calculate revenue generated by various marketing efforts
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing key metrics and insights
Requirements:
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software
Effective communication skills
