Freelance Virtual Assistant for Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer

About the Role:
I am seeking a dedicated freelance virtual assistant to support me in various tasks related to my wedding and lifestyle photography business. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing Assistance and Planning:
- Assist in creating engaging, unique, and authentic social media content aligned with my business.
- Tasks include crafting captivating captions, designing graphics, and creating reels.
Data Entry and Documentation:
- Copy information from questionnaires into specific templates or timelines using Google Docs/Sheets.
Image Curation and Blogging:
- Select the best images from galleries for blog posts and assist in copywriting for other blog post ideas.
Photo Slideshow Creation:
- Learn to create photo slideshows for wedding clients using online software.
Image Culling:
- Utilize Adobe Lightroom to cull images from weddings and sessions. Availability is required for two days following sessions or weddings.

Please note: Training videos will be provided for all tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills in English.
-Reliable internet connection.
-Enjoyment reviewing and selecting wedding/session photos (processingUpgrade to see actual infoimages per week).
-Access to Lightroom CC and Canva Pro.

Bonus:
-Knowledge of SEO, trending audio, and the ability to generate viral video concepts for social media.
-Weekend availability.

Additional Information:
- Initial workload: Approximately 2-10 hours per week.
- Compensation: USD 3.50/hour.
- Work volume fluctuates based on seasonality (busier during summer months, slower during the off-season from November to April).
