We are a Shopify dropshipping company committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer
Translate customer messages using tools such as DeepL, Google Translate, or ChatGPT, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Communicate with our suppliers to rectify issues such as incorrect addresses or missing house numbers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify dropshipping and a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Proven track record in customer service, with exceptional communication skills.
Fluent in English (important!), with the ability to articulate responses clearly and effectively.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk or Freshdesk (We use Reamaze)
